We are looking for a Connected Vehicles Team Lead reporting to a Connected Vehicles Project Manager to lead project execution activities. The Team Lead is responsible for the monitoring, coordination, and visibility of Connected Vehicles initiatives, covering embedded systems, accessories, the mobile application, and data infrastructure.

The role is focused on structured execution, customer requirements compliance, and governance, to support aligned project progression through to production launch.

This position operates in a multi‑product environment and involves close collaboration with BRP engineering teams.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Provide operational follow-up of Connected Vehicles initiatives: Ensure structured tracking of activities related to embedded systems, accessories, mobile applications, and data infrastructure, while maintaining alignment with program directions and progress toward production.

  • Manage requirements, customer compliance, and the validation plan: Coordinate the advancement of functional and system requirements, ensure their consistency, maturity, and traceability, and define and maintain the validation plan by demonstrating solution compliance with customer needs through to production.

  • Coordinate multi‑component integration: Track integration between electronic modules, the mobile application, and data infrastructure, and proactively highlight system integration challenges.

  • Monitor risks and support governance: Ensure visibility of key risks and dependencies to support project alignment within governance and steering frameworks.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in product development, along with a strong understanding of the operating principles of connected mechatronic and digital products.

  • Strong ability to mobilize teams around a shared vision, demonstrating leadership, active listening, a coaching mindset, and strategic rigor to effectively support multidisciplinary project execution.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, enabling you to deliver clear and compelling messages to a wide range of stakeholders and to foster collaboration in cross‑functional project environments.

  • Bilingualism (French/English) required to interact with partners and collaborators.

  • Excellent planning and priority management skills.

  • Strong accountability for delivering results and determination to achieve objectives.
