CAB Management Coordinator

Reporting to the team lead for Major Incident and Change Management, the Change Coordinator is responsible for implementing governance of the IT change management process at BRP. This person will need to actively engage in establishing and maintaining change governance, as well as continuous improvement of the process and tools, to maintain a service that meets the evolving needs of the business. This is to meet the organization's operational requirements and guarantee the integrity, security and availability of production environments. 
 

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: 
 

  • Apply the guidelines found in the Guide of Change Management Practices.

  • Ensure that each change complies with SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) standards.

  • Lead Change Advisory Boards when required.

  • Ensure process support for various teams and stakeholders.

  • Ensure continuous training for various stakeholders on processes, types of changes, documentation, and the tools available to them.

  • Perform a post-implementation review of changes: ensure that documentation standards are respected, and that time slots and closure statuses conform to the facts.

  • Act as a resource person in BRP's global change process.

  • Implement the change and deployment process using ServiceNow in collaboration with global teams. In this capacity, collaborate with the project team and participate in tests when required.

  • Participate in continuous improvement of the platform and process with the teams involved in collaboration with the Solutions Management team based on the company's evolving needs.

  • Ensure optimal use of available tools by all stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the advancement of the dashboard and key performance indicators (KPIs) for this process to assess its performance and make necessary adjustments.

  • Keep documentation up to date.

  • Provide a customer experience that aligns with expectations at all times. 

 

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:   
 

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field; or equivalent work experience.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in an IT department is required.

  • Bilingual in French and English.

  • Thoroughness and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • The ability to deliver customer support professionally.

  • A process-oriented individual with experience in ITIL concepts (a certification would be considered an asset).

  • Highly motivated and independent.

  • The ability to work with technical and company staff.

  • A strong aptitude for teamwork.
