Description
We are looking for a BI developer & master data coordinator who will report to the Global Sourcing Transformation Manager. The candidate will be tasked with defining and sustaining data of the product development teams. As part of your role, you will significantly contribute to the organization's efforts to better leverage data.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Collaborate and oversee master data management strategy to ensure high data quality and seamless integration across the company's ERP systems (SAP ECC/HANA) and daily operational tools.
Develop and Optimize Queries: Craft, refine, and manage complex SQL queries in data warehousing tools like Snowflake.
Design and Maintain Dashboards: Create and sustain interactive dashboards to visualize key KPI and data to support data-driven decision-making.
Define and Manage Data Models: Establish and oversee data as business objects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and analytical needs.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, provide insights, and support various data-related projects and initiatives.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Data Warehousing: Strong skills in SQL and experience with data warehousing tools like Snowflake to manage and optimize data queries.
Data Visualization Expertise: Ability to design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI to present data insights effectively.
Material Management & ERP Data Flow Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP ECC/HANA, particularly in Material Management (MM), and how data flows between ERP systems and other operational tools. Experience in managing and governing data across platforms.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout data processes.
Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, understand their data needs, and convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
