As a Business Intelligence Developer within the Logistics Data Domain at BRP, you will play a key role in driving business transformation by delivering high‑impact data products for our Logistics teams and leadership.
In this high‑visibility role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to identify reporting and analytical needs, transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with fellow data specialists to maximize value and build trusted data products that support informed, data‑driven decision‑making.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Elicit, document, and clarify reporting and analytical needs from business stakeholders.
Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Design and deliver data products, including dashboards and reports.
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL transformations to support reporting and analytics.
Partner closely with business users to help them understand, trust, and effectively use their data.
Manage and prioritize work in an agile environment while maintaining a forward‑looking roadmap for data products.
Develop a strong understanding of BRP’s transportation and logistics processes to deliver relevant and value‑driven insights.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in a similar Business Intelligence or Analytics role.
Strong SQL expertise for data transformation and analysis.
Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Solid understanding of data modeling principles.
Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights through effective data storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
Detail‑oriented, quality‑driven, and curious about new technologies.
Assets
Experience within logistics, transportation, or supply chain domains.
Familiarity with SAP and its ecosystem.
Experience working in an agile environment and managing backlogs.
