Analyst Sales Target & Order Management System

The sales target analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data in order to define, monitor, and optimize sales targets. He/she plays a key role in strategic decision-making and supporting sales teams. The analyst will also play a role in maintaining and improving order-taking and order-tracking tools.

 

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from SAP systems and other sources.
  • Define and adjust sales targets in collaboration with management and sales teams.
  • Produce reports and dashboards to measure performance and target achievement.
  • Make forecasts and predictive analyses to anticipate trends.
  • Administer the North American sales force bonus program for the Motorsports group divisions.
  • Configure the order management system.
  • Manage and monitor certain exercises that impact orders.
  • Support the sales force.

 

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 

  • Proficiency in analytical tools (advanced Excel, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP).
  • SQL or database management skills (an asset).
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in data analysis, sales planning, or similar role.
  • Languages: French and English (spoken and written).
  • Assets: Experience in a commercial or industrial environment.
