Description
We are looking for an Organizational Change Management Analyst reporting to the Department Manager, Organizational Change Management to contribute to the implementation and adoption of various technology transformation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for performing analysis, coordination and communication tasks required to implement change management strategies and tactics associated with major initiatives such as the international rollout of S/4 Hana and other transformational projects.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :
Participate in the development of change management, communications, training and stakeholder engagement plans;
Conduct and/or support impact assessments;
Create key messages and design communication and learning materials (presentations, user manuals, FAQs, checklists, newsletters, etc.);
Design and deploy training activities tailored to user needs (e-learning and workshops).
Collaborate and support internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency in messages and actions.
Support workshop facilitation and change communication with managers, super-user communities or change agent networks;
Work closely with project, communication and training teams as well as impacted business lines;
Measure the effectiveness of change interventions and recommend adjustments.
Reinforce adoption through post-implementation support, monitoring of performance indicators and targeted activities.

Experience, knowledge and skills in change management in a transformational context;
Ability to formulate messages for a variety of audiences;
Team player and ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, multi-site environment;
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations;
Experience in facilitating meetings and preparing presentations;
Experience of working in project mode and the stages of a project's life cycle;
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel) is an asset;
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
