The OCM Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing change management activities for projects within the S/4 Portfolio. This key role focuses on preparing stakeholders, driving adoption of new ways of working, and ensuring successful transformations through effective communication, training, and engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate is delivery-oriented, structured, proactive, and able to navigate a complex and constantly evolving environment while influencing at multiple levels of the organization.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
OCM Leadership & Delivery
Lead all OCM activities for projects within the S/4 portfolio (communications, training, stakeholder management, readiness).
Ensure quality and rigor of OCM deliverables (impact analyses, change plans, communication plans, training plans).
Align OCM activities with project phases, gates, and PI Plannings in collaboration with the PMO.
Prepare and present clear, results-oriented OCM status updates to project teams and leadership.
Stakeholder Management
Identify and analyze key stakeholders, their needs, risks, and readiness levels.
Advise business and IT teams on managing resistance and driving adoption of new practices.
Foster engagement among SMEs, BPLs, functional leads, and managers.
Training Strategy
Contribute to defining and implementing the training strategy for projects.
Coordinate the creation, validation, and distribution of training content in collaboration with business and training teams.
Strong asset: experience with Enable Now or similar content creation tools.
Communications
Develop and deliver clear, consistent, and audience-appropriate project communications.
Ensure alignment with the program’s overall communication strategy.
Coordination & Governance
Maintain OCM governance, trackers, risks, and key dependencies.
Coordinate across OCM, PMO, functional teams, Data, Security, and external partners.
Ensure all OCM activities are delivered on time with a strong focus on quality and execution.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Technical Skills
Knowledge of ERP environments (ideally SAP S/4HANA).
Understanding of project management methodologies (gating, Agile/SAFe, PI planning).
Strong expertise in change management: impact analysis, strategy, training, communications, readiness.
Asset: experience with Enable Now or digital training tools.
Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English speakers on a daily basis.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or similar roles.
Experience in large-scale technology transformation programs (ERP, digital).
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of SAP S/4 (strong asset).
