Description
We are seeking an Employee Experience Advisor who will report to the Team Leader - Global HR Services - Canada, to help us provide an exceptional employee experience in various areas, including onboarding and integrating new employees, as well as managing our BRP Experience Centre.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Coordinate the overall operations of our BRP Experience Centre by managing the site, which includes buildings, trails, the vehicle fleet, and supplier relations.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the activity schedule at our centre (Experience Days for new employees, team events, internal activities, etc.) and respond to various user requests.
Ensure the management of the centre's budget and track expenses related to centre operations.
Establish and maintain partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders (food service, maintenance team, fit-out team, etc.)
Support the onboarding and integration team in conducting activities to enhance the new employee experience.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A Bachelor's degree or DCS in administration or equivalent, combined with 2 years of experience
Very good listening skills and an excellent customer approach.
Ability to maintain positive relationships, demonstrate empathy, and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
Good organizational skills, autonomy, and good time management.
Proficiency in French and English in order to interact with and welcome new English-speaking employees;
Exceptional multitasking skills and a strong ability to manage time and priorities.
