Advisor Employee Experience

We are seeking an Employee Experience Advisor who will report to the Team Leader - Global HR Services - Canada, to help us provide an exceptional employee experience in various areas, including onboarding and integrating new employees, as well as managing our BRP Experience Centre.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Coordinate the overall operations of our BRP Experience Centre by managing the site, which includes buildings, trails, the vehicle fleet, and supplier relations.

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the activity schedule at our centre (Experience Days for new employees, team events, internal activities, etc.) and respond to various user requests.

  • Ensure the management of the centre's budget and track expenses related to centre operations.

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders (food service, maintenance team, fit-out team, etc.)

  • Support the onboarding and integration team in conducting activities to enhance the new employee experience.


YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A Bachelor's degree or DCS in administration or equivalent, combined with 2 years of experience

  • Very good listening skills and an excellent customer approach.

  • Ability to maintain positive relationships, demonstrate empathy, and work effectively within a cross-functional team.

  • Good organizational skills, autonomy, and good time management.

  • Proficiency in French and English in order to interact with and welcome new English-speaking employees;

  • Exceptional multitasking skills and a strong ability to manage time and priorities.
