Job Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good manual dexterity; ability to handle small parts
- Comfort with repetitive tasks
- Efficiency and speed in task execution
- Autonomy and resourcefulness (ability to prepare your workstation and gather required materials)
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a serious and motivated individual to fill a position in assembly. If you are autonomous, resourceful, fast, and enjoy repetitive manual work, this opportunity is for you. Manual dexterity is essential for this role.
Responsabilities:
- Fishing lure inspection
- Final assembly (stickers, hooks, etc...)
- Final packaging and counting of lures.
