Job Requirements:

• No prior experience required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good manual dexterity; ability to handle small parts
• Comfort with repetitive tasks
• Efficiency and speed in task execution
• Autonomy and resourcefulness (ability to prepare your workstation and gather required materials)

We’re seeking a serious and motivated individual to fill a position in assembly. If you are autonomous, resourceful, fast, and enjoy repetitive manual work, this opportunity is for you. Manual dexterity is essential for this role.


Responsabilities:

• Fishing lure inspection
• Final assembly (stickers, hooks, etc...)
• Final packaging and counting of lures.
