Your mission on the boat
As part of our therapist team and as a Aufguss Master, you will lead and perform Aufguss ceremonies, bringing authenticity, artistry, and tradition to the sauna experience at Bota Bota, spa-sur-l’eau.
The upcoming challenges of the Aufguss Master
- Lead and perform immersive Aufguss ceremonies, delivering unique, sensory guest experiences;
- Craft multi-sensory rituals using heat, essential oils, music, lighting, and dynamic towel techniques;
- Deliver guided ceremonies, elevating the sauna experience into a theatrical art form.
- Create a welcoming and harmonious sauna environment, managing temperature, steam, and ambiance;
- Act as a performer and guide, infusing each session with originality, energy, storytelling, and rhythm;
- Oversee sauna operations, including guest safety, space cleanliness, and overall wellness area upkeep;
- Engage with guests, warmly greeting them, answering questions, and assisting throughout their experience;
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty;
- Demonstrate physical endurance and stage presence, including standing for extended periods and performing in high heat.
