Your mission should you accept it:
Under the responsibility of the Logistics and Procurement Manager, the Regional Logistics Coordinator ensures the full satisfaction of internal customers and evaluates the logistics department at the regional level. He receives requests from construction sites, plans them, delegates them to the right department and ensures the follow-up of requests. He will work closely with the logistics team for equipment management and procurement, the pre-construction department and construction sites.

- Hold a diploma in logistics techniques or have relevant experience in logistics or procurement;
- Solid experience in sales or customer management;
- Bilingualism, fluency in French and English;
- Excellent communication skills, able to establish and maintain working relationships;
- Demonstrate a high level of autonomy and an ability to manage emergencies;
- Be willing to travel within their respective province and other provinces, as required.
What you will do to complete this mission successfully:
- Receive all site requests for your region and ensure that they are distributed to the right service departments;
- Work closely with the entire logistics team of the logistics platform to ensure a smooth workflow;
- Make monthly visits to its customers (the construction sites) to ensure a good relationship and validate that the service meets their needs;
- Work with Service Now and fulfill requests for equipment and consumables from the warehouse or yard connected to their respective region;
- Depending on the regional volume, the coordinator may make some purchases by purchase order, while remaining in contact with the category specialist;
- Attend each site start-up meeting in order to fully understand the challenges of each client;
- Validate the performance indicators related to the customer service assigned to him.
