Your mission should you accept it:
The Logistics Coordinator manages all construction equipment on site for the Haute Chaudière project. They oversee the rental, maintenance, repair, and return of assets, construction equipment, and vehicles. The Logistics Coordinator spends 75% of their time at the site office and the remaining 25% in the field.
The Haute Chaudière Wind Farm is part of Quebec's energy transition, which aims to increase the province's wind power generation capacity. It consists of 20 wind turbines with a combined output of 120 MW. This clean, renewable energy source will be integrated into Hydro-Québec's transmission and distribution network.
The wind farm is located on private and public lands in a forested area within the municipalities of Frontenac, Audet, and the town of Lac-Mégantic in the Granit Regional County Municipality.

- Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and maintain working relationships, in French and English,
- High level of autonomy and ability to handle last-minute requests,
- Excellent team management and conflict resolution skills,
- High geographic mobility,
- Valid driver's license,
- Knowledge of construction machinery would be an asset,
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.
What you will do to complete this mission successfully:
- Plan equipment requirements based on the site team's needs in collaboration with the superintendent and foremen;
- Plan and schedule delivery appointments;
- Manage the fleet in coordination with the regional logistics coordinator;
- Update the tracking database with the required equipment and tools;
- Create and maintain an equipment forecasting model for all equipment suppliers;
- Ensure the site has all the equipment necessary to complete the job;
- Manage repairs and asset returns.
