Your mission should you accept it:
Under the responsibility of the Director of Legal Affairs, we are looking for a dynamic and organized Legal Assistant to join our Legal Affairs department. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have significant experience in a law firm, and reside in the Quebec City area or its surroundings.

- Training in legal techniques, law, or administration (DEC or BAC an asset);
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a law firm (experience in the construction field considered an asset);
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail;
- Good command of computer tools, MS Office Suite, legal software;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What you will do to complete this mission successfully:
- Assist the legal team in managing contracts, tenders, and legal documents;
- Draft, review, and format legal and administrative documents;
- Ensure follow-up on deadlines for ongoing cases;
- Coordinate communication between different departments and external parties;
- Manage calendars, organize meetings, prepare relevant documents, and draft minutes;
- Ensure the management and organization of the department's files and archives;
- Contribute to Borea's initiatives, particularly in document management, personal information, and corporate governance
