Your mission should you accept it:
Under the supervision of the Director of Procurement, Logistics, and Equipment, the Equipment Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of equipment purchasing operations, inventory control, and the maintenance of tools and equipment. This position will be based 70% of the time at the Lévis office and 30% at the Saint-Georges-de-Beauce warehouse. The candidate must be flexible and available to visit project sites when necessary.

- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (DEC) in mecanir engineering
- Over 3 years of relevant experience in estimating, with on-site experience preferred
- Demonstrated interest in the renewable energy sector
- Strong communication skills in both English and French, spoken and written
- Excellent proficiency in MS Project and Excel; knowledge of Bid2Win is an asset
- Intellectual curiosity
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness
- Versatility, autonomy, and resourcefulness
- Excellent ability to manage pressure and stress
What you will do to complete this mission successfully:
- Coordination of maintenance and inspections for light vehicles, heavy road vehicles, and heavy machinery equipment
- Supervision of maintenance and inspections for small tools
- Management of calibration and certification processes
- Organization of service and parts ordering
- Planning of regulatory inspections and maintenance (governmental and provincial)
- Administration of vehicle registrations
- Monitoring of GPS and telemetry systems
- Analysis and management of telemetry reports
- Management of external vehicle and equipment rentals
