Bobcat of Ottawa Valley is currently looking for a Service Manager to provide the desired customer service experience.

Duties and Responsabilities for Service Manager

Respond to customer needs, in person and over the phone
Schedule the mechanic jobs in the shop
Daily meeting with mechanics
Follow up on selling time per employee
Daily verification and billing labour
Create work orders
Warranty claims (Bobcat and Huskvarna)
First line on service phone calls
Talk to customer for Service info and updates and follow ups
Invoicing and proceeding payment
Team work with the service manager in Ottawa
Bobcat and Huskvarna catalogue
Bobcat University bronze and silver within 3 months (online)
Ability to work in fast pace environment
Communicate effectively not only with clients, but also with colleagues and management
Knowing Bobcat and Husquvarna catalogue
Help to maintain a clean showroom
All tasks related with parts
Effiency and organisation
Use various software
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Rental and Accounting departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Solve problems in a timely fashion
