- Can maintain loss prevention controls- understands and can maintain low shrink results
- Can show passion for our customers and our brands Are driven and understand the ins-and-outs of store operations.
- Can share best practices with other Boathouse/Blackwell Managers
- Can mentor and develop your team into the next level..
