Application Deadline: 05/10/2024 Address: 100 King Street West Job Family Group: Customer Solutions The Senior Associate role provides strategic and analytical support to the Operational Excellence & Growth team within Private Wealth. This role supports strategic and operational initiatives through data-driven decision making, including the design, development and implementation from business case development through to execution that drive operational excellence and business growth. Conducts analysis required to inform strategic recommendations and considers the big picture when assessing whether or not a course of action is advisable in terms of the group and enterprise goals. Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations. Analyzes, simplifies and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets. Supports the Net Promoter Score (NPS) client loyalty survey process and conducts client insights analysis. Effectively communicate insights, ideas, and strategies in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. Acts as a relationship manager on assigned projects/programs and ensures alignment to overall enterprise and group goals. Participates in project/program design and provides advice & subject matter expertise to achieve required business results. Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to provide business context in the design, develop and implementation of programs & solutions. Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues. Builds change management plans of varying scope and type. Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications: Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong creative and analytical problem solver, with a solid background working with data, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, interpreting results, and building presentations Experience analyzing data and solving complex business problems; management consulting experience is an asset. Resourceful and rapid learner, able to work across many topics and domains Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills; able to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders across multiple teams Possesses advanced skills in Microsoft Office Broad knowledge of Bank products, services, and organization. In-depth knowledge of the wealth management and/or the financial industry Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth. Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth. Collaboration & team skills - In-depth. Technical skills in Microsoft Excel - In-depth. Influence skills - In-depth. Data driven decision making - In-depth. Compensation and Benefits: $54,500.00 - $101,500.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
