- Delivery Lifecycle Management: Contribute to prompt design, workflow configuration, and solution shaping to accelerate delivery and validate concepts early. Collaborate with technical teams to transition prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for AI initiatives. Partner closely with engineering teams to guide delivery, remove blockers, and ensure outcomes align with intent and value.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership, translating complex AI concepts into understandable insights and updates.
- Design and model new processes, incorporating technology solutions to support business objectives and improve user experience.
- Integrate your technical knowledge, subject matter expertise, and understanding of trends to make sound decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis.
