Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will act as a technical expert for both residential and commercial clients. You will guide customers in selecting products for septic tanks, treatment systems, and related accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Advisory: Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products (treatment systems, septic tanks, pumps)
- Sales and Quotations: Prepare detailed quotes and ensure thorough follow-up throughout the sales cycle
- Compliance: Be knowledgeable about regulations governing wastewater disposal and treatment for isolated residences (an asset)
- Customer Service: Provide professional technical support to contractors and individuals, from the initial call through invoicing, order processing, and delivery
- Product Expertise: Maintain strong technical knowledge of products, accessories, and septic systems
