We are looking for a Sales Advisor – Septic System Products and Installation Solutions.

About Us:
Les Blocs Normand is a recognized leader in the manufacturing of concrete products, as well as in the design, sale, and distribution of wastewater treatment solutions, landscaping products, and masonry materials. In this specific sector, we support our clients in finding high-performance septic systems that comply with Quebec environmental standards.

Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will act as a technical expert for both residential and commercial clients. You will guide customers in selecting products for septic tanks, treatment systems, and related accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Advisory: Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products (treatment systems, septic tanks, pumps)
  • Sales and Quotations: Prepare detailed quotes and ensure thorough follow-up throughout the sales cycle
  • Compliance: Be knowledgeable about regulations governing wastewater disposal and treatment for isolated residences (an asset)
  • Customer Service: Provide professional technical support to contractors and individuals, from the initial call through invoicing, order processing, and delivery
  • Product Expertise: Maintain strong technical knowledge of products, accessories, and septic systems
