Remote Delivery Coordinator - Casual

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Financial Services Manager.

Job Summary:

The Remote Delivery Coordinator plays an integral role in achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction during the sales process, for remote customers throughout Canada. The role of this position is to deliver vehicles, and ensure that when a customer receives their new purchase that they are 100% satisfied with the transaction and they become the last person to impact the customer experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and is truly customer-focused. The Remote Delivery Coordinator works closely with the remote sales team.

Because deliveries take place across various regions of Canada, including remote northern locations, the successful candidate must be comfortable traveling independently and driving for extended periods of time. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, values flexibility, and is looking for a casual opportunity that allows them to contribute on an as-needed basis.

This is a casual position, with work scheduled based on delivery needs. Travel opportunities may vary depending on customer locations and business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Trustworthy, reliable and hardworking

• Valid driver’s license and clean drivers record are required

• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles

• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills

• Must be able to deliver vehicles throughout Canada, being away from Winnipeg for various amounts of time.
