Parts Analyst

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Director.

Job Summary:

The Parts Analyst plays an integral role in supporting the daily operations of the Collision Centre to improve customer satisfaction and department efficiency. The Parts Analyst will be responsible for sourcing quality parts, analyzing cost/profitability as well as complying with industry, collision, and MPI standards. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and understand the automotive collision process and handling parts. Prior experience in parts or the automotive industry is NOT required.

Qualifications:

• Completed or pursuing post-secondary education in business analysis or supply chain management

• Ability to demonstrate critical analysis of processes and profit opportunity

• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills

• Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and other computer applications

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license, and transportation to work required
