YOUR MISSION
- Billing and tracking payments;
- Provide support to managers in their daily tasks (document preparation, coordination, file follow-up, etc.);
- Respond to clients with professionalism and courtesy, by phone, email or in person;
- Manage some general administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, meeting organization).
YOUR DNA
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Sense of organization, autonomy and rigor;
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite environment ('Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Experience in a billing or administrative role (asset);
- You are proactive and results oriented.
OUR OFFER
- Permanent position, full-time (35-40 hours/week);
