YOUR MISSION

  • Billing and tracking payments;
  • Provide support to managers in their daily tasks (document preparation, coordination, file follow-up, etc.);
  • Respond to clients with professionalism and courtesy, by phone, email or in person;
  • Manage some general administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, meeting organization).


YOUR DNA

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Sense of organization, autonomy and rigor;
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite environment ('Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Experience in a billing or administrative role (asset);
  • You are proactive and results oriented.


OUR OFFER
