YOUR MISSION

  • Actively contribute to the completion of major projects ;
  • Promote a responsible and sustainable organizational culture in health, safety, and environmental matters ;
  • Perform quality control on fresh concrete in accordance with applicable standards and specifications ;
  • Carry out sampling of fresh concrete and aggregates to perform required tests ;
  • Monitor site operations and ensure compliance with established procedures ;
  • Compile, record, and ensure traceability of testing and inspection data ;
  • Implement and follow up on inspection and testing plans in accordance with project requirements ;
  • Identify non-conformities related to materials or processes, prepare required reports, and follow up on corrective actions ;
  • Participate in maintaining and improving the quality management system, in compliance with contractual requirements and internal procedures ;
  • Perform any other related duties associated with the position.

YOUR DNA

  • Hold a valid driver’s license ;
  • Have training in civil engineering or a related field (asset) ;
  • Relevant experience on construction sites, as a lab or field technician (asset) ;
  • Hold ACI certification – Concrete Field Testing Technician (asset) ;
  • Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness, and professional rigor ;
  • Willingness to work on construction sites ;
  • Functional knowledge of English.
