Your impact
At Belron, data fuels better decisions. As the Financial Analytics and BI Specialist, you will play a critical role in elevating how Finance uses data to drive performance, insight, and action.You will lead the development, governance, and adoption of Power BI and Tableau solutions that support Controllership, FP&A, Operations, and Executive Leadership-helping teams move faster, work smarter, and trust their data.
Your mission
You will own the end‑to‑end Finance BI ecosystem, ensuring dashboards, datasets, and models are reliable, consistent, and decision‑ready. Beyond delivering solutions, you will enable adoption, build capability within Finance, and help embed data‑driven decision‑making into everyday work.
What you will do
Lead Finance BI & Analytics Solutions
Own and evolve Finance dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting across the organization.
Design and optimize data models, semantic layers, and advanced DAX calculations.
Ensure strong data governance, accuracy, security, and documentation standards.
Turn Data into Insight
Partner with Finance teams to deliver recurring performance views (P&L, Balance Sheet, AR, AP, Inventory, etc.).
Translate business questions into clear, actionable insights that support planning and execution.
Drive Adoption & Capability Building
Lead Power BI/Tableau training programs and provide hands‑on coaching to Finance teams.
Establish templates, standards, and best practices to grow self‑service analytics maturity.
Build and sustain a Finance BI/Tableau community of practice.
Strengthen Governance & Processes
Define KPI dictionaries, data definitions, and validation frameworks.
Harmonize metrics and reporting logic to ensure consistency across Finance.
Collaborate with IT and MDM teams to improve data quality and pipelines.
Collaborate Across Belron
Act as a trusted partner between Finance, IT, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, simplification, and insight‑led innovation.
What you bring
Bilingual (French & English). Canadian clientele
Advanced expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, AWS, Power Query, and DAX.
Strong background in Financial Analytics.
Ability to clearly communicate insights and tell a compelling data story.
Strong prioritization, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
Experience with ERP systems, AS400 data, or financial data pipelines.
Experience leading training, analytics adoption, or change initiatives.
Ability to connect financial, operational, and commercial performance drivers.
