Responsibilities:
- Schedule architect: you will design and manage the team members' schedules, ensuring optimal presence on the floor while offering flexibility and balance.
- Replacement and break master of ceremonies: you will coordinate rotations to maintain a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Team development guide: you will organize training and coaching sessions to cultivate team excellence and professional growth.
- Visionary of staffing needs: you will anticipate and respond to client requirements by continually assessing staffing and resource needs.
- Communication pilot: you will promote transparent and engaging communication within the team, thereby ensuring a climate of trust and collaboration.
- Quality architect: you will directly supervise activities on the floor, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Performance partner: you will collaborate with other departments to provide a smooth and consistent customer experience, while regularly reporting the team's successes, challenges, and improvement opportunities to management.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Requirements:
- High school diploma (DES) completed.
- Two years of staff management experience.
- Demonstrated customer service and entertainment experience, preferably in a dynamic and interactive environment like events.
- Excellent communication skills in French. English proficiency is an asset.
- Staying informed about cultural and sporting developments in the region.
- Knowledge of casino games would be an asset, but don't worry, you will receive comprehensive training.

Salary: $27 per hour.
Schedule: Day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday and weekends, full-time, Between 32 and 37.5 hours per week, start date: end of May.
