The main tasks:
- Oversee daily operations and performance of 50 employees across multiple sites.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Conduct site visits to support employees and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring operational follow-through.
- Develop and maintain industry connections to support growth.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all locations.
