The main tasks:
Personnel management
- Your positive energy is contagious—you welcome and fully integrate new employees into the team.
- You enjoy being actively involved with your team, taking the time to understand their career goals and supporting their professional development alongside their managers.
- You handle timesheet approvals, schedule management, and follow up on absenteeism cases.
- As a workplace health and safety ambassador, you work closely with our OHS team to ensure employees operate in a safe environment by promoting and enforcing best practices.
Recruitment
- A new applicant notification comes in? You quickly reach out to each potential candidate and conduct a phone pre-screening.
- For all the positions you’ve posted, you meet with candidates to assess their profiles and match them with the right job.
- Every candidate has the opportunity to build a lasting relationship with you, and you don’t hesitate to promote available positions.
- You enjoy visiting job sites to familiarize yourself with the environment and the team you’re hiring for.
- You support growth initiatives and actively expand your network in the industry, driven by your natural business development instincts.
- You remain flexible and open to any other related tasks.
