Your Opportunity

Our National Office in Toronto is looking for an experienced Manager, Leadership Development to join the Talent and Culture Team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify leadership development needs.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals to meet leadership development needs.
  • Develop and track KPIs for leadership development solutions.
  • Build and execute leadership development and coaching solutions. For instance, high potential programs, career development programs, mentoring programs, coaching programs, executive development programs.
  • Contribute to the management of the Firm’s leadership assessment and 360 survey strategy and process.
  • Contribute to the management of the Firm’s succession management process.
  • Build and execute a communication plan for leadership development solutions.
  • Consult on firm priorities that include a leadership development and coaching dimension.

Your experience and education

  • 8+ years of Leadership Development, Executive Development and Coaching experience in a fast-paced matrix environment. Client-facing experience in a professional services industry preferred.
  • 8+ years executing talent management strategies including leadership development solutions for leaders at every level with a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lens.
  • Master’s degree in Leadership Development or related field.
  • Completion of an ICF Accredited Coach Certification Program.
  • Completion of a Change Management Certification Program or relevant experience.
  • Practical experience in strategic talent management including succession management, career development, leadership development & coaching, psychometric and 360 assessment tools.
  • Hands-on experience in research, development and implementation of leadership capability frameworks.
  • Proficient at developing talent management communications for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management expertise that delivers results by managing multiple priorities with lean resources in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong coaching, group facilitation & presentation skills at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead a team.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing evaluation plans and delivering dashboards that show the ROI for leadership development solutions.
  • You have excellent ability to develop trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • You have a growth mindset, and strong critical thinking abilities.
