Job Summary

The Team
As part of the Ministry of Attorney General, Court Services is a large and diverse branch of approximately 1,300 staff working across 89 court locations throughout the province. Teams collaborate across five regions to deliver essential justice services in person, by phone, by video, and online supporting court operations, public safety, and access to justice in communities of all sizes. The Role
This role provides essential court clerk and administrative support within the Registry, helping both civil and criminal courts process documentation accurately and maintain the integrity of court files. You will assist all users of the court system by providing clear, accessible case information, supporting fair and efficient access to justice. Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • 2 years of office experience; OR
  • 1 year of office experience and a minimum of 1 year education/training in a legal related field.
  • Experience/training in keyboarding, word processing and other standard computer applications.
  • Minimum of 40 words per minute in keyboarding.


Preference may be given to applicants with:

  • Experience with JUSTIN and/or CEIS.
  • Experience with criminal and/or civil court processes and court systems.
  • Experience delivering customer service.
