Job Summary

The Team
The Mail Prep team is an established, hardworking group where collaboration is at the core-everyone works together to deliver accurate, high-quality results on tight timelines. You’ll work with advanced high-speed intelligent inserters and inline folders using OMR technology and JetVision software to support document collation, selective inserting, and camera verification, while partnering closely with manual inserting teams to keep operations running smoothly. This team takes pride in delivering fast turnaround times with zero errors, creating a reliable and supportive environment where attention to detail and teamwork truly matter.

The Role
In this role, you will focus on delivering accurate, error-free results while working efficiently to meet short turnaround times, ensuring every job is completed to a high standard. Your work has a direct impact on the citizens and clients we serve, making attention to detail and reliability essential to maintaining trust and quality.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED).
  • 2 years’ experience and/or training in a mechanical and computerized production environment maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency in work produced.

About this Position:
This position is an As and When Required temporary opportunity until March 31, 2027. This position may be extended.
This position has full time on-site requirements.
