As a Customer Service Representative with Front Counter BC in Nelson, you will be the front-line contact in the delivery of a diverse range of clerical and administrative services. In this full time position, you will provide over-the-counter, telephone and correspondence services to respond to public enquiries. Job Requirements: Grade 12 graduation or GED Minimum two (2) years clerical or administration *related experience in a formal business environment. *Related experience must include all of the following: Word processing, creating spreadsheets and working with standard computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Providing excellent written and oral communication with a variety of clients/customers in complex situations. Multi-tasking, often in demanding and fast paced environments. Preference may be given to applicants with: Experience working in a natural resource management field. Experience working in a highly regulated or policy/legislation governed environment. Experience using a variety of client/server database applications. Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation in a regulatory environment.
