Manager, Policy, Research & Continuous Improvement
Band 3 - Permanent, Full-Time
Salary Range: $88,700.23 - $125,700.07
Anticipated Starting Salary: $98,571.59
Reporting to the Director, Planning, Policy and Public Reporting, the Manager, Policy, Research and Continuous Improvement develops, implements and monitors the office’s service standards and performance measures. The manager identifies practice issues and opportunities for service improvements and investigative efficiencies and recommends or implements changes to promote consistent investigative and file management practices and excellence in service delivery. The manager supports the integration of continuous improvement practices throughout the office. The manager leads knowledge management initiatives, identifying opportunities for improved collaboration and knowledge sharing within and across teams. The manager oversees the office’s research and analysis activities and policies, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and reconciliation.

This posting is for one permanent, full-time opportunity. An eligibility list may be established to fill similar future vacancies in a full-time temporary or permanent capacity. Temporary positions may become full-time, permanent status. This position is excluded from union membership. Some travel is required.
This position is located in our office in downtown Victoria, BC. Upon successful completion of the six-month probationary period, this position is eligible for a hybrid-remote work arrangement of up to nine days working remotely in a three-week period, in accordance with the office’s Work Arrangements Policy.
Financial assistance may be offered as part of the total compensation package for successful candidate(s) that must relocate to Victoria. Relocation allowances will be in accordance with the information here.
