Share your high-level administrative skills to support the citizens of British Columbia The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure plans and improves transportation networks, builds new infrastructure, provides transportation services, and implements transportation policies, to allow for the safe and efficient movement of people and goods. The Project Delivery Analyst position provides day to day technical assistance and financial monitoring for a variety of large-scale, complex rehabilitation and expansion projects throughout the project management life-cycle. This position is directly accountable for preparing, coordinating, monitoring and analyzing status data for consistency, and creating detailed summary reports for monthly reporting to executive. They also develop and maintain program data bases and archives records for use by Regional executive. This position provides day to day branch administrative support and coaches/trains newer staff in following project management policies, procedures and in use of the project management systems. They also act as a resource person for the Project Management Services branch. Job Requirements: Post secondary degree, diploma or certificate in office administration, business administration, a technical or related field with five (5) or more years of experience. Experience in writing a variety of documents, i.e., briefing materials/reports/communications. Preference may be given to applicants who have: Supervisory and/or team leadership experience. Experience providing project management and coordination services for assigned projects. Knowledge of project management principles, practices and methodologies.
