JOB OVERVIEW The Property Analyst analyzes architectural building plans, representing different types of floor space, to Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) standards and conducts associated room and occupant analysis. They ensure an accurate inventory of all buildings and lands which are owned, leased and maintained by the Real Property Division (RPD) as well as tracking occupancy change in those properties. Job Requirements: Secondary school graduation or equivalent (for example GED). Minimum two (2) years intermediate experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote), Adobe Acrobat, and other standard computer applications. Minimum two (2) years experience in technical and analytical functions related to real estate management (such as comparative analyses, mathematical calculations, interpretation of standards, report writing). Preference may be given to applicants with the one (1) or more of the following: Experience with BOMA space measurement standards. Minimum 1 years experience using an Integrated Workplace Management System. Formal Intermediate AutoCAD training. Experience using Excel at an advanced level.
