Auberge du Lac Taureau is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor / Dining Room Manager to join our food and beverage team.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized individual with strong leadership skills to coordinate service operations and help provide our guests with an exceptional experience.

As a Restaurant Supervisor / Dining Room Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our food and beverage services by coordinating teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Your role
  • Supervise dining room, bistro, bar, and banquet operations
  • Coordinate the work of servers, food service attendants, and hosts
  • Ensure effective collaboration between the kitchen and service teams
  • Welcome guests and ensure their satisfaction
  • Handle special requests and resolve issues as they arise
  • Maintain the establishment's quality standards and procedures
  • Participate in the onboarding, training, and development of team members
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager on various management tasks
Profile we're looking for
  • Relevant experience in food service, hospitality, or team supervision
  • Strong leadership skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and priority-management skills
  • Ability to make decisions and work independently
  • Team spirit and professionalism
  • Fluent spoken and written French
  • Intermediate English to communicate with our international guests
  • Knowledge of IQWARE and VELOCE systems is an asset
