Auberge du Lac Taureau is looking for an Outdoor Activity Leader to join our activities team.
Whether you already have experience in recreation, tourism, or outdoor activities, or simply have a passion for the outdoors, we are committed to providing you with the training, support, and tools you need to succeed. Above all, we are looking for dynamic, independent individuals who are committed to providing our guests with a memorable experience.
In the heart of an exceptional natural environment, you will help create unique experiences for our guests by welcoming them, providing information, and assisting them with a variety of summer and winter activities.

Your role
- Welcome guests and provide information about available activities
- Lead activities for individual, family, and group guests
- Manage the lending and return of recreational equipment
- Ensure participants' safety during activities
- Assist with the upkeep of trails, facilities, and equipment
- Participate in the inspection, maintenance, and storage of equipment
- Provide a warm, high-quality guest experience
Profile we're looking for
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Team spirit and ability to work independently
- Energetic and resourceful
- Good physical fitness
- Strong interest in outdoor activities and nature
- Experience in recreation, tourism, or outdoor activities is an asset
- First aid training is an asset
- Knowledge of ecosystems and the natural environment is an asset
- Functional French and intermediate English to serve our international guests
