Sous la supervision de la contrôleure, la personne titulaire du poste aura ces différentes tâches à effectuer :
  • Fournir un soutien comptable et administratif au service de la comptabilité;
  • Préparer les dépôts bancaires;
  • Saisir des factures fournisseurs;
  • Tenir à jour les comptes dans les logiciels de comptabilité;
  • Effectuer des conciliations de comptes et des rapprochements bancaires;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Exigences :
  • Formation collégiale (DEC) ou DEP en cours en comptabilité et gestion ou toute autre expérience pertinente dans un poste avec des tâches similaires;
  • Connaissance de Microsoft Excel;
  • Soucis du travail bien fait;
