All our work spaces are air-conditioned except for our factory. Our factory staff benefits from optimized ventilation and an ice machine as well as a water bottle provided. Electrolytes are also available to them.

Paid sick leave
Our employees are entitled to two (2) sick days per year for themselves or for an immediate family member (parents, spouses, or children). In addition, they also have access to three (3) personal days per year. If sick or personal days haven't been used in the calendar year, we automatically grant the remaining days during the holiday shutdown each year.

Registered retirement savings plan
Every year, the employer gives a maximum amount of $500 to each employee, either as a bonus or as a contribution to their RRSP. Membership in the RRSP is not a requirement to get this benefit, so the employee can choose the option that works best for them.

A recognition program is in place to highlight employees' milestone years of service (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years).
