Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

Applicant must be registered with the CSHHPBC

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the field is preferred

Eligibility for membership in CASLPA and/or BCASLPA

Recent successful experience working with school-aged students and students with special needs (low incidence)

Job Duties:

Comprehensive diagnostic and direct therapy to school-aged children with a variety of communication disorders

Act as a resource for teachers, educational assistants and parents

AAC and support for students with complex communication needs

The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $57,972-$106,217, with placement on the range based on length of service, FTE and qualifications in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
