SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
TEMPORARY FULL-TIME (2 positions)

Our Board services a student population of approximately 17,000 students in three geographic regions, namely, Muskoka, Haliburton and Kawartha Lakes.
Reporting directly to the Superintendent(s) responsible for Special Education (or designate), you will promote student achievement, equity and well-being, through consultation and by administering speech and language assessments to children and youth in elementary and secondary schools. You will also be responsible for providing follow-up services from assessment recommendations, including capacity building with staff.
Travel throughout the TLDSB area will be required.
Location: Lindsay Education Centre, Haliburton Education Centre or Muskoka Education Centre.
Term: These are 1 year temporary term appointments, starting September 1, 2023 and ending on an indefinite date (no later than June 30, 2024).
Salary Range: $77,732 to $85,097
Qualifications:
? Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
? Registered or eligible to be registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
? Use of a reliable personal vehicle and a valid Ontario driver’s license
? Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply ? Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills
? Working with a CDA and knowledge of AAC and/or ABA principles is an asset
