Casual Educational Assistant
Evergreen Catholic Separate School Division is currently seeking Educational Assistants in Spruce Grove, AB for St. Joseph Catholic School (Pre-K to Grade4), St. Marguerite Catholic School (K-4) and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School (Grades 5-8). Rate of pay $18.90/hour.
Preference Given to Candidates with the Following Qualifications:
Experience utilizing strength-based, trauma informed practices
Experience working with students with diverse needs
Able to effectively deal with crisis situation; physically able to lift and/or protect
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate
Mental Health First Aid or equivalent
Diploma in child/youth care, Educational Assistant Certificate is an asset
