Position:
1.0 Prep: Anishinaabemowin Support Teacher
Working in collaboration with the Anishinaabemowin Instructor to co-create and deliver Anishinaabemowin language instruction
Required teaching qualifications:
A valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate
A valid Certification of Registration from the Ontario College of Teachers
Primary, Junior and/or Intermediate Qualifications
Position Criteria:
Knowledge of Ministry Curriculum and Assessment documents
Demonstrated experience with Apple based software and Mobile devices (iPad/MacBook/iMac)
Evidence of understanding of varied learners with a focus on ‘at-risk’ students
Evidence of integration of technology for the documentation and evaluation of student work ·
Ability to work as part of a school team and to communicate effectively
Demonstrated ability to utilize EDSBY to support student learning and guardian communication
