APG-Neuros' headquarters are located in Quebec, Canada, and its manufacturing and testing facility is located in Plattsburgh, New York, USA.

Reporting to the Director of Aftermarket, the Aftermarket project coordinator will be responsible for supporting activities related to the aftermarket equipment modifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Control project timelines and ensure deadlines are met through project scheduling and Gantt charts.
  • Manage manufacturing orders, supplier coordination, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for blower modifications and upgrades.
  • Create sales orders and jobs in the ERP system and acknowledge receipt of purchase orders.
  • Follow up on quotations and keep customers informed of order status.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate the execution of upgrades with internal departments and resolve technical issues with customer requirements.
  • Lead project kick-off and post-mortem meetings to support successful project execution and closure.
  • Ensure technical documentation, scope of supply, and project costing are accurate and properly distributed internally and externally.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requested skills

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • University or college degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Innate talent for customer service
  • Excellent customer service and after-sales service skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Collaborative person who can work both independently and in a team.
  • Preferably Bilingual: English and French.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
