Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.


Duties/Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files and documents.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks.
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle general office duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • College diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous administrative experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate French communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
