This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from Aon’s Toronto, ON office.

What the day will look like

You will be responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of innovative and effective solutions to assist end-users be more efficient and productive. The complexity of handling business process improvements as well as implement solutions makes this role very different from other roles.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Support implementation and organizational change for newly crafted Policy checking process and tool.
  • Coordinate with product team to provide business impact and requirements.
  • Provide status updates to the implementation lead for input in overall program status.
  • Have responsibility for training tasks working with internal operations users.
  • Participate in office and client visits.
  • Confer with the team to ensure they are supported accurately and provided with appropriate tools and training.
  • Develop, interpret, and ensure consistent application of Aon policies.
  • Address unusual or difficult inquiries/situations through direct personal action or refer to the appropriate individuals; research sophisticated issues and handle resolution.
  • Perform other project tasks as assigned.
  • Deliver regular updates to your team, connect regularly with leadership

How this opportunity is different

In this role, you will join the transformation team working on redesigning our operations using newer technologies. Your day will focus on people – Aon’s clients and Aon’s colleagues – and delivering a great experience for both. You will be responsible for continuing to deliver results in established processes, and in continuing to craft development of new support models for Aon’s industry-changing client tools.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholders
  • Growth mindset, curiosity and a willingness to learn – and using these skills to deliver continuous improvement
  • Data driven, with ability to analyze data to make evidence-backed decisions
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to guarantee successful outcomes – with clients, and across all levels of Aon (senior leaders, peers, team members and third parties)
  • High school diploma or equivalent, 4-year degree preferred
  • Previous commercial insurance experience
  • Experience working with multiple collaborators.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
