This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Montreal, Quebec City or Ottawa office.

What the day will look likeMain Functions as an Account Manager:
- Achieve established sales and service objectives;
- Serve, retain, and grow the business portfolio;
- Analyze client needs by informing them about various products and services;
- Maintain good relationships and excellent communication with different departments within the company to effectively respond to client needs (e.g., claims, accounting, etc.);
- Increase growth opportunities by recommending different products/services when appropriate;
- Update client records in the management system;
- Resolve client issues/concerns within the assigned authority;
- Diligently review accounts receivable;
- Be available to support team members as needed;
- May be required to process certain documents, such as letters and cover notes
Main Functions as a Team Leader:
- Support the unit director in their functions;
- Respond to questions and requests from team members;
- Maintain relationships with insurers to understand their service offerings, new products, etc;
- Organize monthly or bi-monthly team meetings;
- Address client complaints as needed;
- Assist team members in client relations, as needed
Our new colleague will be working alongside experienced team of colleagues with divers backgrounds, ranging from account management, broking, claims advocacy, risk engineering and specialty brokers to bring the best of Aon to our clients.

Skills and experience that will lead to success- Five (5) + years of relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance ;
- AMF license in commercial insurance or desire to obtain one;
- French / English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service;
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- DEC in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience in a relevant industry.
- Knowledge of Epic system management is an asset
