Industrial Paint Chemist Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage paint containers upon receipt (labeling and organizing).

  • Prepare and produce paint samples for evaluation in accordance with established methods and procedures.

  • Ensure the packaging and preparation of samples for internal testing.

  • Manage laboratory equipment and paint stock (maintenance and verification of analytical instruments).

  • Draft test reports and perform initial compliance analysis.

  • Follow laboratory procedures and safety protocols.

  • Participate in the development and validation of testing methods.

  • Contribute to the monitoring and improvement of procedures, instructions, and testing protocols.

  • Support various laboratory activities and assist other lab sections as needed (adding chemicals, maintaining tanks, etc.).

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must hold a Bac+2/3 (IUT/BTS or Bachelor’s degree) in materials science or chemical processes, with some laboratory experience.

  • The selected candidate should demonstrate strong autonomy and the ability to work in a production workshop environment.
