Anglophone North School District is seeking a dedicated and collaborative educational leader to serve as Acting Principal for a one-year term at Dr. Losier Middle School (DLMS) for the 2026-27 school year.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide instructional leadership and promote continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
- Manage school operations including staffing, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Foster a positive and orderly school climate.
- Support student well-being and discipline in accordance with district guidelines.
- Monitor student progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and the community to support school goals.
- Lead strategic planning and school improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with provincial education standards and district policies.
Applications must include:
- Current résumé
- Valid New Brunswick Teacher's Certificate
- New Brunswick Principal's Certificate
- Masters of Education (preferred)
- Continuing Contract with the Province of New Brunswick
- Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an education setting
- Two professional references
