Amica embraces pay- for- performance compensation philosophy and offers a competitive total compensation package designed to reward performance. 

 
Expected Salary Range : $87,000-$112,000 

Maximum Bonus Potential : 15% target bonus, that rewards exceptional performance.

The Opportunity  

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in managing and scaling our G&A financial processes while supporting cash flow visibility in a high-growth environment. This role will partner closely with department leaders to provide clear, actionable financial insights that inform decision-making. 

Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will own the day-to-day G&A planning and reporting processes, while helping the business understand the financial impact of operational decisions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with data and communicating insights in a practical, business-focused way. 

 

What you will be doing 

G&A Reporting  

  • Own the monthly tracking, analysis, and reporting of G&A expenses, ensuring accuracy and clarity of results.  
  • Support the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes for G&A functions, supporting leaders in evaluating their budget.  
  • Analyze variances against budget/forecast and provide clear, actionable explanations to stakeholders.  
  • Continuously improve G&A reporting to enhance visibility and decision-making.  

Cash Flow Monitoring & Support 

  • Support cash flow visibility by monitoring spending trends, tracking receivables, and highlighting risks to cash position.  
  • Assist in developing and maintaining cash flow reporting and projections.  
  • Provide insights to support disciplined spending and cash management.  
  • Prepare debt and covenant reporting to lenders  

Financial Reporting & Close Support 

  • Contribute to month-end close activities, including preparation and review of key reconciliations and journal entries.  
  • Support preparation of internal reporting packages and management insights.  
  • Ensure alignment between financial reporting and management reporting needs.  
  • Support annual tax compliance requirements with third party providers 

Process Improvement & Scaling 

  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and reporting structures.  
  • Help build scalable, efficient processes to support sustainable growth.  
  • Strengthen data integrity and consistency across reporting outputs.  

 

What you will bring 

  • CPA designation 
  • Minimum four years in a Finance/Accounting role 
  • Advanced Excel skills with a demonstrated ability to work with large datasets 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written, verbal and presentation 
  • Strong attention to detail & an ability to interpret results to support business growth 
  • Demonstrated success building relationships and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in a business-facing finance role. 
  • Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume environment 
  • Experience using Yardi and OneStream is an asset 
  • Experience in construction, real estate, or senior living industry is an asset
