The Opportunity

As an integral member of the Brand Marketing team, the Designer, Brand Creative works to drive and strengthen Amica’s mission of enriching the lives of seniors through graphic design, visual brand development, digital communication, and storytelling. Reporting to the Manager, Brand Creative, the Designer, Brand Creative collaborates as a cross-functional resource to produce best-in-class creative across multiple touchpoints and channels to drive brand consideration and ultimately support business objectives.

What you will be doing

  • With oversight from the Manager, Brand Creative, lead the design and execution of all stable property marketing collateral for Amica, including but not limited to sales campaign materials, plus print and digital advertising
  • Own the design and production of all internal marketing and communications needs and assets, supporting cross-functional partners across the organization
  • Own the design and delivery of digital visual content, including website and blog imagery, social media graphics, video formats, email templates, and presentation decks
  • Produce all branded gift designs and manage internal/external logo approval processes
  • In partnership with the Manager, Brand Creative, develop innovative creative design solutions to support pre-open and construction projects (signage, hoarding, temporary space outfitting, etc.)
  • Closely collaborate with the Manager, Brand Creative on research, creative ideation, and art direction for new brand campaigns
  • Uphold and protect the Amica Brand Guidelines through everything they produce, acting as steward of the brand

What you will bring

  • Minimum 3 years graphic designer work experience
  • Strong design sensibility and ability to execute consistently
  • Advanced proficiency in the Adobe suite workflows (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, with careful attention to detail
  • Passion for graphic design and a strong understanding of brand positioning
  • Self-motivated, organized, and always accountable
  • Strong understanding of modern, progressive, and responsive web design
